1. What CandleAlgo is

CandleAlgo is a software tool that turns a trading idea written in plain language into structured trading rules, tests those rules on past data (backtest) or on live prices with virtual money (paper trading), and - only when you explicitly choose Live - sends orders to your own brokerage account through that broker's API. CandleAlgo is operated by Whoop Gateways Private Limited.

2. What CandleAlgo is not

  • It is not a broker, exchange, fund, or portfolio manager. Your money stays in your own brokerage account.
  • It does not give investment advice or recommendations. Rules are generated from your idea and run only because you deployed them.
  • It does not guarantee profit, prevent losses, or guarantee that every order is placed, filled, modified or exited.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Review every generated rule before deploying it. The AI interpretation of your words can be wrong.
  • Keep your broker login, API keys and tokens valid and confidential. Orders are sent under your own credentials.
  • Make sure your broker account, segments, funds and margins are suitable for the instruments an algo trades.
  • Monitor live algos and verify orders and positions in your broker's own platform, which is the final record.
  • Comply with the rules of your broker, the exchanges and applicable law in your jurisdiction.

4. Accounts and access

You must be legally able to trade and to enter this agreement. One account per person; you are responsible for activity under your login. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service, other users, or a broker's API terms.

5. Fees and subscriptions

Paid plans, credit packs and renewals are described on the Billing page and in the Subscription & Auto-Renewal Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Brokerage, exchange charges and taxes are charged by your broker, not by CandleAlgo.

6. Availability and changes

The service depends on third-party market data, broker APIs and internet connectivity. It may be unavailable, delayed or changed without notice. We may add, change or remove features, brokers or instruments.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whoop Gateways Private Limited is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, execution differences, data delays, broker or exchange outages, or losses caused by rules you deployed. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid to CandleAlgo in the 3 months before the event.

8. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The CandleAlgo website, its design, text, images, software, the Candle Algorithm, its pattern detection, signal generation, scoring, strategy models and all related code and data are the property of Whoop Gateways Private Limited and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property law. © 2026 CandleAlgo.com. You may use the service only through the pages and apps we provide, for your own trading. You must not, and must not help anyone else to:

  • copy, clone, mirror, frame or reproduce the website, its pages, assets or any part of it;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download content, signals, prices, results or any data from the service, whether by hand or with any tool, script, algo, headless browser or automated client;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, probe or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, rules, parameters, weights, models or algorithms behind the service, including by observing its outputs;
  • build a competing product or dataset from the service, its outputs or its documentation;
  • bypass or interfere with any technical measure, rate limit, access control or security feature;
  • resell, sublicense or provide the service or its signals to third parties, except through features we provide for that purpose (such as Explore Algos).

Unauthorized copying, cloning, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited. We may suspend or terminate access, block the network involved, and pursue every remedy available in law, including damages and injunctive relief. Algos you build with your own ideas remain yours; the platform that runs them does not.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Siliguri, West Bengal, India. Disputes are subject to the courts there.
