Plans

Plan prices, what each plan includes and applicable GST are shown on the Pricing and Billing pages before you pay.

Auto-renewal

If you set up a payment mandate (autopay), your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for that plan. You are shown the renewal date and amount on the Billing page and are notified before a renewal where the payment gateway supports it. You can switch autopay off at any time on Billing; the plan then ends at the end of the paid period.

Failed renewals

If a renewal payment fails, the plan lapses at the end of the paid period. Live trading needs an active plan: live algos of a lapsed account are blocked from new entries; open positions keep their configured exits. Paper trading stays available.

Price changes

If a plan price changes, the new price applies from the next renewal and is shown on Billing before it takes effect.
