Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period stays active until its end date. Cancelling a plan does not stop running algos - switch them Off yourself on My Algos.

Refunds

• Subscription fees for a period that has started are not refunded, except where a refund is required by law or where CandleAlgo could not provide the paid service at all during that period (for example, the platform was unavailable for most of the billing period).
• A duplicate charge or a charge for a plan you did not receive is refunded in full to the original payment method.
• Credit packs (AI credits) are consumed as used and are not refunded once used; unused packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no credit was used.
• Trading losses, brokerage or exchange charges are never refundable by CandleAlgo - they are not paid to CandleAlgo.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] (see also Contact us) with your username and the payment reference. Approved refunds are issued through the payment gateway to the original method; banks usually take 5-10 working days to show them.
